Sunday. Sunny day as it’s supposed to be. This morning my mom made me fix some broken things and hide some cables. Things that I had to do long ago but never had the time/will to do them.
She always manages to make me finish everything (and mostly it’s NOW). I never fight her because I know I’ll lose my battle. I’m catching up on house chores but I’m really behind reading/replying.
Yesterday we couldn’t go to Osnabrück because we missed the bus. On Saturdays there is one bus every two hours to go to the train station. So we took another bus to another town and took a train to Münster.
Nice town/city full of shops and cafés and musicians playing all around.
My mom can’t walk long distances because she has several problems in her joints and feet. I was glad we didn’t go to a bigger town.
I took some random pictures but I have no idea what those buildings are. Mostly I go near and read the signs but I didn’t want my mom giving one extra step not really needed.
Taken from the open market.
I think there’s is going to be some Carnaval parade there (no idea when) and that’s why all the flags were hanging.
I liked that very much
And the nicest part of the day was eating out.
For me “Bruschetta Klassiek” and cajun fries with sour cream sauce and aioli. My mom ate lasagna.
In the evening I asked my mom if she wanted to drink something. She asked for some liquor. I had a small glass and it knocked me down. I fell asleep after eating 2 Easter eggs and 1/3 of chocolate bar while watching “Bridget Jones Diary, The Age of Reason”. I’m having a great time.

It’s always nice to spend time with your mother. Kind of like visiting your childhood again.

Yes, my house looks like her house (my childhood house). Spotless! 😀

How long will your mom be staying, Paola? You are getting so much done! Even though your mom still wants you to do things her way, and to finish what you start, it’s wonderful you still talk so lovingly about her. ♥

I would love some bruschetta, but I’m on low carb. I love it so much! Also remember – momma knows best! 😀

You always eat such good food! I nominated you for another Liebster Award (not because you eat good food but because I like your blog!) Here’s my post with the questions: https://thisizapen.wordpress.com/2015/02/15/another-liebster-award/ As you know, you don’t have to accept the award if you don’t feel like it. But if you do, I’m looking forward to reading your Liebster post 🙂

Happy Twin P & Mama
Sounds like you had a nice day and the lunch looked great. Finding Gluten Free bread is impossible! I love bread and to help keep inflammation down it’s Gluten Free. I’ve been on since July, it’s not to bad, we have an awesome whole foods grocery near. I only had one breakdown today so it was a good day. Say hello to mama.
Hugs
Twin M
Did you show her our World Tour dance video? She will like it.

Dear Twin M
I know it means more work, but you could order a bread machine and the gluten free flour and made it yourself.
I mostly use it for kneading and then I bake it myself. I don’t like the bread block, I enjoy the loaves 🙂
I’ll show the video soon!

Helpful Twin P
I’ve had several bread makers and they are great. Don’t have the counter space or storage space for anything. I eat a piece of reg bread sometimes, like tonight.
I didn’t sleep much last night. I went up stairs to put clothes away and my heart freaked out. I have several issues but nothing to really worry about. It hasn’t bothered me in a while. Today was terrible. So I got nothing done. Not true, 2 loads of laundry and couple cry sessions. I need sleep, my chair, quit sleeping on couch and get appt to new doctor. I have to get out from some of this stress.

Dear Twin M,
do everything slowly or just don’t do anything at all!
You are not sleeping well and not resting enough. Not good for you!
I hope you got the chair today, you need it! 🙂
And I understand the lack of space very well 🙂
Hugs 🙂

I forgot to tell you my exciting news. I’m starting a charity to help women and kids in shelters. One goal is to set up mini libraries with books. Kids today do not read enough and they lose their imagination. I also want to make sure local shelters have plenty of new personal items for mother and kids.
I’m working on a WP site now to get me game plan together while I complete paperwork for non profit status.
That kept me up till 5:15am but I was happy. 🙂

Thank you!
Yes, it’ll be exactly like that, a little while. But if it lasts for a couple of days, I’ll be really happy!!! 🙂
