Wednesday. One year since I officially live here.
Do I have to say anything about it? It’s been a strange year. If I have to choose one word to describe it, it’d be “extraordinary”. But not the extraordinary meaning phenomenal or special, more the extraordinary kind of, WTF! is this even possible?
It’s hard to believe that I’m here. Nothing seems to be as it was supposed to be. Sometimes I feel like I fu#$ed up somewhere along the way and that altered somehow the curse of my history.

Because really, what am I doing here??

Anyway, apparently this is how my life was supposed to be. Did I ever imagine anything of this? No. Not even close.
Am I happy about it? I’m getting there. Things could be much better, but they could be a lot worse too. I’ll be fine.

Red alert! I have a terrible headache and I’m not inspired.
These past days I’ve been given an award and challenged to post one quote a day for three days.
I’ll give you one image worth one thousand words.

The award is the Blogger Recognition Award. It was given to me by manyofus1980.me. Thank you Carol-Ann for considering me for this award!

I’m not sure if it’s me being hormonal or what, but the rules for this award are just too much. I’ll paste them here just in case any of you wants to keep the chain than I’m breaking right now.

1. Select 15 other blogs you want to give the award to. Do some digging if you must! Find those blogs. You cannot nominate yourself or the person who has nominated you.
2. Write a post to show off your award! Give a brief story of how your blog got started, and give a piece or two of advice to new bloggers. Thank whoever nominated you, and provide a link to their blog. List who you’ve nominated in the post. Make sure to also attach the award itself! (You can do this by right-clicking, saving, and uploading the image above).

Day One

The first quote I want to post is one line from one of my favorite books: “The Little Prince” By Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. It’s hard for me to choose only one, I like every single word in that book.

So sweet and so true.
And while I posted that one I remember reading something Johnny Depp said once, so here it goes a bonus (or two, his picture is there).
