Wednesday. It’s only past 8.30am, it’s cold and raining. I almost had an accident with the bike earlier when I went to bring my son to kindergarten because bulldog faced neighbor left her house on her bike, holding an umbrella and forgot to look if someone was coming from the street. Sleepy, going downhill and with my poor reflexes, I’m not sure how I managed to just miss her. What I didn’t miss was her mumbling. I wish I knew how to reply. I know, the middle finger is universal but someone told me that I better don’t do it in Germany.
My daughter forgot her lunchbox so I have to bring it to school under the rain soon and get the wrong wet again.
The man sent me a message asking me if I could feed my kids this evening because he didn’t have time to prepare dinner for them; he offered to give me money so I could get some take away food while I had planned to have my cheese sandwich and beer in bed. Mummy time had to be postponed.

All that crap and I’m still smiling. Johnny Depp wasn’t in my dreams last night but I got something much better. My Prince serenading for me. What about that? Universe, you’ll need much more than a few drops of rain, a crazy ex and a bad mannered neighbor to change my mood today. But please, don’t be tempted to try harder. Let me have a happy day.
I believe I deserve one.
About the other days…

Thank you Aaron for that. As I told you before, I settle for 1.5 million… And a lot of chocolate!
But if I get the other 4.5 million too, you bet we’ll be celebrating in Vegas and watching one of the fake Elvis’s while eating pizza. It’ll be a big table because I’m bringing friends and family. Prince, of course you’ll be there too.

He’ll be singing “Suspicious Minds” for me.
