Monday. Today the autumn starts officially. Probably I should stop complaining about how cold, wet and dark it is. And guess what, it’s sunny. If I were the only person in this world I would actually think this is joke. That the universe is laughing at me. I’m glad I’m not alone.
It’s also my youngest son’s 3rd birthday. I can’t believe how time flies for some things and how time can get stuck for some others. Like this past weekend, that I can assure you, it lasted forever.
Did you actually stop to think how long a minute could be? How many things can happen in one minute?
Think about it, one minute can make a huge difference. A life can be saved in one minute. Dinner can be ruined in one minute. The fate of two lovers can change in one minute. Missing a plane, train, bus or boat for one minute. Being one minute late to see your child singing/acting at school. Having to wash underwear and pants because you are one minute too late (for whatever makes you get your clothes dirty). See your car being towed because you were one minute late to add a coin in the parking meter.

Kids grow in a blink of an eye. But when someone tells you: “I need some time to think”, the time suddenly stops. The minutes become 100 times longer. How can that be possible?

Just give me a minute… Ughhh…
