Thursday. I just got to the airport. I slept only 1.5 hours and I can barely keep my eyes open. Every time I flight alone, I wish I get a hot guy sitting near me. Today I really hope I get a woman who wants to sleep.

What a day yesterday! I woke up with a cold. My kids didn’t feel like helping me clean or do anything so I spent half of the time shouting.

I was supposed to bake biscotti for my cousin’s husband. I got all the ingredients on Tuesday because I knew that yesterday it was going to be crazy.
I sat near the oven ALL the time to avoid any kind of problem. The minute I moved to do something else, I burned the freaking cookies.

I had to send my son to the supermarket to get more things because I didn’t have enough of anything to make them again. I was so pissed!
The second attempt was much better.

I managed to put a lot of thing on the bed to avoid the man sleeping there.

I asked him: “Where do you want to sleep, on this couch or on that one?”
“Are you going to make me sleep on the couch?”
“Yes, the bed there is full of things”
“Pffff”
If he had in mind to share my bed, well, he had to remove that thought.

I said I still had to do a lot of things so I wished him good night. Then I went to my bedroom and I was thinking: ‘Knowing him, he could easily pull the cover and make a pile of stuff on one side of the bed and sleep on the other’.
I was really concerned about it so I kept going downstairs to check where he was sleeping.
Holy crap I had to go 4 times because he was in the kitchen working ont the computer. I was running out of excuses…
The last time I went, I saw him on the couch. Only then I was relieved.

I thought I had done everything on my list but I realized that I forgot to put the gifts under the tree. I’ll have to do it when I get back.

Writing and catching up the next days won’t be easy because nobody knows I write this blog. I hope I can sneak in the evening because waking up earlier to write it’s NOT FUN.

Now I’ll try to answer some comments with the minutes I have left and then I’ll look for another place to sit because this high chair is freaking hard and I can’t feel my ass anymore.
