Sunday. Valentine’s Day. As predicted, it’s snowing. Again I’m spending this day with the person who probably loves me the most. Myself. And I’m not sure if that’s even true.
I didn’t feel like going to the store yesterday so I don’t have any chocolate and I really, really, really need it today. That sucks.
I thought I was going to see only romantic movies on TV but instead of that, it seems it’s Jackie Chan’s day. Maybe it’s better that way, probably the “perfect couple” would kill me right now.
Crap, I only wanted My Prince here with me, eating chocolate coated black grapes and holding hands.
Maybe next time. For sure, next time.
Have a happy day full of love and if you get the chance, have some cinnamon hearts for me.

Thank you, Marissa!!
Please tell me that your Valentine’s Day plans don’t involve anything that would turn on more than one man 😀

Happy Valentine’s Day, Paola! Chocolate covered grapes eh? That’s new to me… unless… is that codeword for something 😉 Chin up, doll. Being single on this mass marketed holiday means no pressure or headaches on what to get your lover (or forget to get hehehe). And you like those cinammon heart candies? They’re so hot, they burn my tongue – and I like spicy things 😉

I LOVE those hearts! And I laughed when I saw them on your blog!! 🙂
Happy Valentine’s Day to you too!
No code for anything, if you find good black grapes, coat them in chocolate. They are amazing!
And I never expected more than an “I Love You” for Valentine’s Day bur I get it’s much different there!! I can understand the pressure (women can be hard to please 😀 )
And I HATE being single. It’s fun only when you are younger than 30 🙂

Thanks, Paola! I had to put those candies in my article, along with those little cards we handed out in school. I’ll have to try grapes and chocolate. And North America seems to focus a lot on commercializing the holiday. Everyday is Valentine’s I think. I hear ya. Single life is a lot more “fun” in our 20s eh.

Green and red. I’ve never heard of a black grape, so I figured maybe that was something European or South American. You know us USA’rs are out of the know when it comes to culture and stuff like that.
