Monday. Yesterday we planned to check the distances to everywhere. The problem was that it was too hot and I said to my ex that if we were going to a town or city, the kids were going to complain every 10 seconds that they were hot, or tired or thirsty. Sometimes I wonder if he knows his own kids at all.

We ended up going to Viareggio, about 20 minutes away. We went to the beach. It was very nice and my kids loved it. I hope we are going again soon so I can also get the back of my legs tanned. I really dislike when I looked like a bun, all cute and brown on the front and white on the back.

I regret being here with my ex but I don’t regret being here for my kids. I can’t imagine only one adult with all of them. They are freaking wild and they want to explore everything.

I have no idea what the plans for today are.

You WILL get through this, Paola šŸ™‚ You’re doing it FOR your kids, but remember YOU are on vacation, too, and regardless of what his motives or yours are, none of you would be on vacation were it not for him. It’s probably hard, but if you can try to keep your emotions out of your responses to him, it’ll keep things more pleasant and civil. TRY to enjoy the good stuff šŸ˜€

    It’s not worth it if you’re stressed out and hardly enjoying yourself especially with the ex?
