Wednesday. I had an awful night. I thought that after two good nights my sleeping pattern was fixed but I was wrong. I’m awake since 4:49am and I can’t keep my eyes open.

A couple of weeks ago I made plans with one of the moms to go to a town nearby and buy some Middle East products that you can’t find so easily in the supermarkets here (like legumes and spices).
After that, we went to Holland for a bit and I got another set of lights for my branches. I only need a pot now.

I wish I had some energy. It’s the perfect day to work in the backyard but I can’t stop yawning and one of the warnings on every power tool manual is:

-Do not operate this machine if you are tired or under the influences of alcohol or drugs.

So tomorrow if I’m not tired, I think I’ll drink some wine.

Wow, it seems that I always find a good excuse to avoid doing something.

Now I’ll ask my kids if they want to watch a movie and I’ll try to sneak a nap.

  5. My sleep habits leave a lot to be desired, too, Paola, for most of my adult life. Not good for life and health, that’s for sure! Did you get your nap? 🙂

    • No! No nap… my kids took forever to finish their homework and then it was time to get dinner ready… I went to bed early and I woke up at 4.30am. When I looked at the time, I was swearing like a sailor… I tried to sleep more but I got strange dreams that made me wake up. I’m not happy with those nights at all. 🙂
I’m sorry you have the same problem sleeping. I wish there was a way to fix it 🙂
