Sunday. Happy New Year!
I hope you had a good day.
I spend the whole day making sushi. I started very early (around 11am. Yes, that’s very early for me). And I got the sushi ready after 6pm.
I knew that the rice takes about 4 hours to cool down but I didn’t expect that the avocados were going to take so long to ripe.
The aluminum foil and oven trick works but it takes more than 1.5 hour. Not 10 minutes like the websites say.
So instead of starting to roll the sushis at 3pm like I planned, I had to start at 5pm. That gave me plenty of time to bake a cherry pie.

Last night I barely made it in time. I was ready at 11.58pm. I run to take a shower and put on my red panties.
I have to remember to NEVER AGAIN order panties that are one size fits all.

I’m sure the panties “fit all”… The thing is, how?
Let’s say I had to decide what I wanted to cover. (And any of my choices was going to be a poor choice).

I was very lucky I had help counting the raisins.

You should have seen my face when I saw that all the raisins were about the same size.
I’m not sure if I got to eat each raisin with each bell strike because the noise of the fireworks was very loud.

My first day of the year is almost over. It was a nice day and I hope all the other days are as good as this one.
